Socks That Will Spark A Conversation

Socks That Will Spark A Conversation

February 27th 2023 at Silverstone in Northamptonshire, we launched the UK Climate dress socks in collaboration with Carma.  Inspired by the warming stripe graphics created by Professor Ed Hawkins of Reading University. As the world experiences the effects of climate change, we wanted to create a product that raises awareness and reminds us of the importance of taking action.

The design of the UK Climate Dress Sock features a unique pattern that depicts the temperature changes in the UK from 1884 to 2021. The stripes represent the annual average temperature, with each stripe representing one year. The colours of the stripes represent the temperature range, with shades of blue representing cooler temperatures and shades of red representing warmer temperatures.

This design not only makes a bold fashion statement but also serves as a reminder of the effects of climate change and the urgency of taking action to reduce our carbon footprint. By wearing these socks, you can show your support for environmental awareness and inspire others to do the same.

The UK Climate Dress Sock is made from high-quality materials, including combed cotton, cushioned soles, arch support, and seamless toes, providing comfort and durability. These socks will keep your feet comfortable and supported all day long. By wearing these socks, you can show your support for a healthier planet while enjoying the comfort and quality of a well-made dress sock. With every pair sold, one tree will be planted by a veteran in the UK by Carma
