Returns & Refunds


We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why at Social Socks and EcoVerse Clothing, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return items within 28 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and undamaged. Additionally, please ensure you have proof of purchase and that the returns form is fully completed to help us process your return smoothly.


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account Again: Sometimes refunds take a while to officially post.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you must return the original item first. Please contact us to begin the exchange process.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary, depending on where you live.

Shipping Returns

For items worth over £30, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's not tracked or insured.
